Ford recalls 423,000 vehicles for power-steering issue

Ford today said it is recalling nearly 423,000 sedans and crossovers for a power-steering problem that federal regulators have been investigating since last fall. It also issued a smaller recall for a different issue in some 2015 Ford Mustangs.
